Yenal Özsüer, the co-founder of Özsüer Law Firm, has been serving to our clients as a lawyer and legal counsel for more than 27 years.

Mr. Özsüer has a deep knowledge and extensive background in Corporate and Commercial Law, Contracts, Execution, Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring, Intellectual Property, Franchise Contracts, Unfair Competition and other private law areas. He has also served as a legal expert in courts and gave lectures to lawyer candidates on contract drafting in İzmir Bar’s Legal Internship Training Center on contract drafting.

Mr. Özsüer is also a registered trademark and patent attorney and expert mediator.
